His case was referred to the police (incidentally causing the UOHC's independent enquiry to be cancelled) who after, presumably after full and careful investigation, released him with a clean bill of health. He has de-facto been fully acquitted. Unless and until solid evidence is produced to support the allegations there is no reason why he should not resume his duties in full.

Well others feel that the rabbonim from the gilui are better, its a matter of opinion and experience. but saing that these rabbonim are worthless and unreliable shows the type of person you are. A person is entitled to not agree with certien rabbonim but as a Rov in SH once told me that all rabbonim that are not on the Union are mad and can not be trusted, and these are the type of Rabbonim you say we should follow, I don’t think so
With all these SH rabbonim badmouthing the GG emesser Rabbonim (in my opinion) yet we expect the younger members of the kehilah to follow any Rov.
I have been told by some very young members of the kehilah to find a Rov today you need a résumé and references, I think that’s very sad, and this has been brought upon by rabbonim bad mouthing other rabbonim and people like you passing on their message

For your clarification, I just spoke to the Tiferes Shlomo Dinner Comittee and Reb Chaim Halpern was not invited and is not attending this weeks dinner.

(nor is any other ruv in town except for r' chuna and the members of the vaad hachinuch of the school and any parent / grandparent who happens to be a ruv.)

Ttts dinner: had you investigated, as i did, you would no that R Porkie placed a lot of pressure on the committee to invite R Piggy. some of the 'askonim' were very happy to invite him, but they were overruled by the hanholo. Its important that this is made public and stays public.
I wonder what the Radomsker would say to someone who feels it important to feed the public outright lies! If a false Rov bothers you so much, go and ask your own Rov if what you are doing is correct!
